Damnfields is built as a Commercial game by Marco Colombo (referred to in this document as MC) and published by MC.
This application is provided by MC and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use Damnfields, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that MC collects is used for providing and improving the Service. MC will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using Damnfields, MC may require you to provide them with certain information, such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the time and date of your use of Damnfields, and other statistics. The information that MC may request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy. 
MC will not sell your information to third parties.

Damnfields does use third-party services that may collect information used to track your actions (i.e: starting a level, completing or failing a level, etc.).

MC may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate the development or use of Damnfields;

• To provide Damnfields on their behalf;

• To perform Service-related services; or

• To assist them in analysing how Damnfields is used.

MC wants to inform users of Damnfields that these third parties have access to their information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose, sell or use the information for any other purpose.
 

Security

MC values your trust in providing them your information, thus MC is striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and MC cannot guarantee its absolute security.
 

Children’s Privacy

Damnfields does not address anyone under the age of 13. MC does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case MC discovers that a child under 13 has provided them with personal information, they will immediately delete this data. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided MC with personal information, please contact them so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
 

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, MC will:
* Delete your information from their records; and
* Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that MC may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if its necessary to:
* Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
* Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
* Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
* Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
